Muscle Building Essentials for Beginners
There are two essentials for muscle building that every beginner needs to know. They are warming up and resistance training. Warming up by stretching is important for the beginner because stretching makes the body more flexible. Before every training session, at least five to six minutes must be spent stretching and warming up the body. Since stretching loosens up muscles, they will be able to contract and relax during a workout. Cardio is also great for warm ups because it gets the heart pumping and the lungs working.
There are a number of basic exercises a beginner must learn. The basics target each area of the body and provide a solid foundation for different levels of training. Each beginner needs to learn how to properly work their chest, shoulders, back, legs, arms, and forearms, as well as their core. It’s a good idea to do at least three to four muscle building sets per exercise, and between seven to 10 repetitions per set. Resting between sets is essential to allow for better blood circulation and the flushing out of toxins.
